Age Of Empires 1

Age Of Empires 1 was the very first in the series of this great game. Compared to Age Of Empires 2 and 3, Age Of Empires 1 is rather basic, but still great fun to play.

Our first introduction to Age Of Empires 1 was many years ago now and Age Of Empires 2 had already been released.

We have been searching for a store or other online shop which still sells Age Of Empires 1 and we couldn't find one. The only Microsoft reference we could find was to download Age Of Empires 1 Trial game.

Here you can download Age Of Empires 1 direct from Microsoft if you're interested in trying it out.

The trial game of Age Of Empires 1 allows you to play a Campaign and limited access to the other game features, but certainly enough to get a feel for the game.
